Kurt is a leading expert on Agile and iterative software development approaches, including application life-cycle management (ALM). He focuses on the organizational and cultural shifts necessary to extract broader business value from software development processes. He is based in Boulder, Colorado.

Kurt comes to Forrester from the consulting firm Ivar Jacobson International, where he was CTO—Americas, and worked for more than five years guiding Fortune 100 companies in their Agile transformation journeys.

Mary started her career in chemical engineering but quickly turned to the fast-paced world of software engineering to fulfill her passion for getting things done and having a meaningful impact on company success. She's been in DevOps at SendGrid for 2.5 years and during that time has been amazed by the amount of drive, talent, intellect and humility present in DevOps both at SendGrid and at other companies. When she's not chasing down her coworkers for happy hours, Mary likes to hike, climb and generally be outdoors.

Amy is a member of Forrester's Service Delivery team, which serves Infrastructure & Operations and Service Support and Delivery professionals.
