Executive Admin/ Office Manager

VictorOps is a venture-backed startup in Boulder, Colorado seeking an experienced executive admin that can keep the CEO running on time and generally corral the VictorOps Mountain Basecamp. This a full-time, on-site role, for a super-organized, digital-communicating, schedule-wielding professional.

(That’s a lot of hyphens.)

Have a great life outside of work? That’s fantastic…the CEO does also but, due to the demands of the job, is constantly communicating and reorganizing endless amounts of things, people, animals, schedules, rocket launches, etc. Therefore, you need to be plugged in via email, messaging and the Internets. Know how to use Microsoft Office and Google Docs? The CEO likes one and hates the other. VictorOps has a fun exciting culture and you will be a key promoter and steward of that culture. Thinking ahead and keeping our incredible Mountain Basecamp up and running is priority #1. (No wait – it’s #2. That CEO stuff above is #1.)
