When you sign up for a free trial you’re given access to full Enterprise level functionality. No credit card is required, simply fill out the free trial form with your name, email, and organization info. We create a unique VictorOps URL for your organization in the style: https://portal.victorops.com/client/your-company-name. You may then invite as many collaborators as you’d like with fully functional access for 14 days. Our customer success team will also be available to you at any time.
Simply sign up for a free trial account and you will be able to purchase VictorOps from within the trial right away. You can also contact us if you’d like help from our sales team or have more specific feature questions.
We offer month to month plans and annual plans.
Yes, you can add custom features to any package level at a later date. Our sales team will work with you to update pricing.
VictorOps integrates with Splunk but must be purchased separately from the Splunk product suite. However, if you are a Splunk user, you are entitled to VictorOps at a significant discount. Contact a member of our sales team for more specifics.
We offer a discount for yearly subscriptions as compared to monthly. The pricing page subscription toggle shows contract cost differences. If you’d like a more specific quote due to changing feature needs or seat requirements, feel free to contact sales. We are also currently offering up to 50% off certain plans for a limited time.
After the 14 day trial period is over, all of your data and setup remains intact. You may contact customer support to select a plan to purchase at any time.
